Stig Arne Skjerven currently serves as a Senior Advisor at The Directorate for Higher Education and Skills since August 2024 and has held various significant roles within UNESCO since January 2022, including Elected President/Chair of the Bureau of the Global Recognition Convention and Member of the Strategic Advisory Group for UNESCO's Qualifications Passport for Refugees and Vulnerable Migrants.
