Janice Ong

Janice Ong currently serves as Vice President of Payments Experience at UNFCU and is involved with the FPC Cross Border Payments Working Group at the U.S. Faster Payments Council. Previously, Janice held the role of Global Head of Customer Success at Paykii, a global bill payment platform, and served as Business Development Director at Research Now. A significant portion of Janice's career was spent at MoneyGram International, where roles included Director of Corridor Development for USA/Canada Outbound and Regional Manager for Australia & Oceania. Earlier experience includes a position as Business Development & Relationship Manager at Citi, focusing on high net worth clients from Asia. Janice holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from La Trobe University, an Associate's Degree in Economics from Taylor's College, and completed a professional leadership program at Columbia Business School.
