Stefanie Smedstad

Stefanie Smedstad, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced talent management professional with over two decades of expertise in human resources. Currently serving as FVP of Global Talent Management at UNFCU since December 2002, Stefanie is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global talent strategy aligned with organizational goals. Previous roles at UNFCU include VP, AVP, and Sr. Manager of Talent Management, where Stefanie focused on enhancing employee experience and driving talent engagement through innovative programs. Prior experience includes HR administrative roles at ASCAP and Charles Nechtem Associates, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Rutgers University.
