Filippo Banzato is a Co-Founder & CEO of UNFIA, a platform to directly connect wine producers and buyers with an automated supply chain. Prior to this role, they were a Winery Operations at F.lli Zambon, MEA Vitis from 2011 to 2021, where they were the fifth generation winemaker and took part in all winery operations from taking care of the vines to the sales of products. In 2020, they were a Business Development & Partnerships at Motion!, where they performed tasks such as research and analysis of the market, stakeholders, and competition to prepare reports, design and develop mockups, wireframes, prototype and MVP of the platform, and supported the Chief Product Officer by preparing and attending meetings. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Business Development Manager/Partnerships at Phénix Plateforme, bringing digital transformation to the global wine industry with an innovative AI platform. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Strategy/Business Development/Strategic Partnerships at Costantino Wine & Food, where they worked closely with producers and buyers to optimize logistics, supply-chain management, and export solutions and services. From 2012 to 2015, they were an International Rugby Player at Federazione Italiana Rugby, where they played for Italian Rugby Academy and Italian Junior National Teams.

Filippo Banzato has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from American International College, where they studied International Business/Trade/Commerce. Filippo also has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Lindenwood University, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they obtained a certification from the Newchip Accelerator in November 2021.
