Ramona Chiavassa

Ramona Chiavassa is a Junior Project Manager and Software Tester at UNGUESS since June 2017, specializing in testing and analyzing the performance of applications, websites, and chatbots with a focus on functionality and user experience. Responsibilities include identifying and categorizing bugs during testing phases. Additionally, Ramona serves as a Tester Leader, managing teams during various testing campaigns, including Functional Testing and Usability Testing. Prior experience includes an internship at CITTA' DELLA SALUTE E DELLA SCIENZA DI TORINO, where management of relationships between medical staff and administration was essential, and an internship at Liverpool John Moores University, focusing on enrollment document archiving and preparing informational material for prospective students.
