Alfred Kareh

Alfred Kareh is an Associate Programme CBI Officer at UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, since July 2023, after serving as a Cash Based Intervention Intern within the same organization from June 2022 to February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Estimation Engineer at Ahmad N Albinali & Sons for Contracting & Trading Company Limited from February 2020 to February 2021, and as a Site Engineer at Platform SAL from February 2018 to December 2019 and at Entretien et Constructions Mécaniques s.a.l from June 2016 to September 2016. Alfred began a career in civil engineering as a Site Civil Engineer at Khatib & Alami from June 2015 to August 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master of International Cooperation in Sustainable Emergency Architecture from Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (October 2021 - September 2022), a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Balamand (2015 - 2017), and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Balamand (September 2012 - June 2015).
