Dora Szabados

Dora Szabados is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, personnel administration, and training development. Currently serving as a Personnel Admin Associate at UNHCR since July 2022, Dora previously held the role of Project Manager at Afrikáért Alapítvány, where responsibilities included donor engagement, strategic reporting, and aligning the Foundation’s objectives with senior management. As Country Director and Program Manager at Global Vision International, Dora successfully managed staff and volunteers, oversaw multiple programs, and achieved significant fundraising targets. Earlier roles included Destination Manager at African Impact, Learning and Development PM at Microsoft/Skype, Training Specialist at IBM ISSC Hungary, and Training Coordinator at British Telecom Hungary. Dora holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Studies from Budapest College of Business.
