Joan Opio

Joan Opio is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in computer systems and networks. Currently serving as the Assistant Information Technology Service Delivery Manager Officer in Infrastructure at UNHCR since February 2016, Joan has also held the position of Senior ICT Assistant within the organization. Prior to this role, Joan worked as a Network and System Administrator with a Humanitarian Organization at UNHCR from February 2016 to March 2023. Additionally, from October 2010 to January 2016, Joan was employed at Straight Talk Foundation as an Information Technology Officer and IT Assistant.
