Taworn Darunthoedthai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in CRM systems and data management across various industries. Currently serving as the Regional Salesforce CRM Lead at UNHCR since September 2021, Taworn has spearheaded transformative projects in the APAC region, managing the implementation of MarTech solutions and enhancing user engagement. Prior roles include CRM Database Manager at World Animal Protection, where significant cost savings were achieved, and CRM & Integration Specialist at NS BlueScope, leading notable improvements in user adoption. Additional experience includes senior roles at TMB Bank, Kimberly Clark, ExxonMobil, and Accenture, demonstrating a strong background in CRM solutions and project management. Taworn holds a Master’s Degree in Information and Communication Systems from the University of Technology Hamburg and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Thammasat University.
