Nysha Rupani

Nysha Rupani is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with a diverse background in recruitment and legal consultancy. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Uni Application Portal (UAP) since April 2023, Nysha excels in full-cycle recruitment and strategic consulting to attract top talent. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Zenith School of Studies, substantial contributions were made to company growth through effective candidate sourcing and engagement. Nysha also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Smart Recruitments, managing the full recruitment cycle and collaborating with hiring managers. Earlier legal experience includes serving as an Advocate with Ishika Tolani and Tushar Goradia, providing legal advice, negotiating contracts, and representing clients in court.
