Paryushan Jain

Paryushan Jain has a diverse work experience spanning over several years and industries. Paryushan is currently working at Uni Cards as the Senior Director and Head of Product, Credit Cards. Prior to this, Paryushan served as the Director of Product Management at Uni Cards.

Before joining Uni Cards, Paryushan worked at Flipkart, where they held various roles including Product Lead and Senior Product Manager. During their time at Flipkart, Paryushan led cross-company teams to launch the Unified Logistics Interface Platform (ULIP) and track aid for COVID. Paryushan was also involved in launching a proof-of-concept for presentation to the Prime Minister.

Paryushan's earlier work experience includes working as a Product Manager at CommonFloor.com, where they were responsible for the product strategy and roadmap for CommonFloor's City and Locality pages. Paryushan launched innovative features such as locality tours and property ratings.

Prior to that, Paryushan worked at EXL as a Manager, Operations Consulting, where they were responsible for project management and consultancy for business process re-engineering and process improvement initiatives in the Financial Services domain. Paryushan also gained experience in the technology field while working at Oracle as a Senior Member Technical Staff and Member Technical Staff, where they worked with the Business Intelligence team on Oracle Business Intelligence Applications.

Paryushan began their career as a Volunteer at Dream A Dream and also worked as a Software Development Engineer-Intern at Microsoft, where they contributed to the development of the Command Utility for WINFS.

Overall, Paryushan Jain has a strong background in product management, operations consulting, and technology, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and launching innovative projects.

Paryushan Jain began their education at Modern Public School in Lalitpur, where they completed their high school education in the field of science. Following this, they attended Indore Public School in Indore and obtained their All India Senior School Certificate, with a focus on maths and computers. Later, they pursued their undergraduate studies at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, where they completed an Integrated Dual Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from 2003 to 2008. Paryushan Jain furthered their education at the Indian School of Business, where they completed a Post Graduate Programme in Management specializing in Strategy & Leadership and Finance from 2012 to 2013.
