Hadar Muskat has extensive experience in various roles within the technology field. From 2017 onwards, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at UNI.DIAMONDS, where they played a key role in simplifying diamond sales. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2022, Muskat worked at Malca-Amit as a Projects Manager, overseeing design, reviews, deployment, and implementation of projects involving mobile app development and AWS cloud-based solutions.
Before joining Malca-Amit, Muskat held multiple positions at Matrix, starting in 2002. During their time there, they served as a Project Manager, CTO, and Solution Architect and was responsible for managing projects in MIS using Microsoft technologies. Hadar played a crucial role in problem-solving, acting as the primary point of contact for customer needs and team members.
From 2009 to 2013, Muskat worked as a Projects Manager and Team Leader at Clalit Health Services. In this role, they focused on developing internal intra-net-based systems for logistics and healthcare data, as well as coordinating with SAP systems. Hadar was responsible for end-to-end communication with customers and reporting to managerial positions.
Prior to that, Muskat served as a Project Manager and Hands-On Team Leader at Gem Lab Services Ltd. from 2006 to 2009, where they led the scratch development of a new business line. Hadar also worked as a Senior Programmer at Malca-Amit from 2006 to 2009, implementing and training systems abroad in addition to their programming responsibilities.
Early in their career, Muskat gained experience as a Senior Developer at The Israeli Phoenix, where they worked on Microsoft-based business line applications and integrated them into the Agents-Commission systems. Hadar also redesigned monthly processes and implemented Control-M mechanisms.
Muskat began their career in 1999 as a Programmer and System Administrator at IDF Mamram (Mamka).
Hadar Muskat obtained a Bachelor's Degree with Distinction in Business/Managerial Economics from Ruppin Academic Center. Hadar attended the institution from 2013 to 2016.
