Guilhermo Fragelli

Guilhermo Fragelli has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of IT. Guilhermo started their career at Hypermarcas S/A as an IT Analyst, specializing in SAP modules and ABAP development. Guilhermo worked on various SAP projects and upgrades, including integration projects, CO-PA module implementation, and the implementation of tax management software. Guilhermo then joined Panpharma Distribuidora de Medicamentos as an IT Analyst SAP Senior FI-CO-Abap, responsible for parameterizations, project coordination, and advanced ABAP development. Guilhermo was involved in multiple SAP projects and upgrades, including DRE Contábil, Balanço Patrimonial, and P&L Panpharma. After that, Guilhermo worked at McKesson as an IT SAP Project Manager before joining União Química Farmacêutica Nacional, where they held multiple roles, starting as IT SAP Coordinator and eventually becoming IT Director. Guilhermo is currently a member of Academia Europeia da Alta Gestão.

Guilhermo Fragelli has a diverse education history. In 2003, they started their undergraduate studies at Universidade Estadual de Goiás, where they pursued a degree in Information Systems. Guilhermo successfully completed their studies in 2007. Later on, in 2013 and 2014, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Project Management. In 2022, Fragelli briefly attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and studied Leadership and Innovation. In the same year, they obtained a certification in Leadership in Innovation from MIT's Professional Education program.
