Wagner Fumagalli

Wagner Fumagalli has extensive work experience in the field of IT governance and management. Wagner has held various roles in different companies, including União Química Farmacêutica Nacional, Raízen, Aviva, UNLIMIT | Consultoria em Governança de TI, and Grupo Pão de Açúcar | Multivarejo. In their roles, Wagner has been responsible for areas such as IT governance, IT performance and quality management, strategic planning, financial management, contracts management, innovation, and project portfolio management. Wagner has also gained experience in implementing ITIL processes, managing service catalogs, and overseeing IT security. Wagner has a strong focus on continuous improvement, applying methodologies such as PDCA, Lean IT, and the COBIT and ITIL frameworks.

Wagner Fumagalli holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Gestão Empresarial from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they obtained in 2013. Wagner completed their undergraduate degree in Tecnologia da Informação at UNIESP - União das Instituições Educacionais do Estado de São Paulo from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, in 2008, they completed an Intermediate course in English at the Converse International School of Languages. In terms of certifications, Wagner has obtained various certifications, including ITIL® Intermediate OSA and SOA, Apresentação de Alto Impacto, and ITIL® V3 Foundation.
