Heather Kicelemos, CPTD, has over 20 years of experience in training and development roles within the banking and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Training & Development Manager at UniBank for Savings since February 2012, Heather has cultivated a comprehensive background that includes previous positions as a Training Officer and Training & Development Specialist at the same institution. Prior experience includes a role as a Training & Development Specialist at Strata Bank, and as Director of Training & Development at AMI Leasing and Fleet Management Services. Additionally, Heather worked as a Senior Learning & Development Specialist and Training Consultant at Fidelity Investments. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Ohio University, obtained between 1986 and 1991.
