Following that, they pursued a Professional Certificate in Project Management from the University of Phoenix, completing the program in 2007.
In 2015, Heather Warner enrolled in the New England College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration - Banking and Finance in 2018.
Heather Warner has also obtained several additional certifications throughout their career. In 2009, they became a Certified Associate in Project Management, awarded by the Project Management Institute. In 2012, they obtained the Certified Electronic Banking Officer certification from Sheshunoff Consulting + Solutions. In 2013, they became an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) through NACHA. In 2015, they earned the Cross Channel Risk certification from NEACH - New England Automated Clearing House Association. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained the Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) certification from NACHA.
