Jesper Österholm

Jesper Österholm has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jesper'smost recent role was as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Unibap AB, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at DeLaval as a Senior Project Manager for a year, where they were responsible for completing hardware system components for serial production. Jesper also worked at Ericsson as a Data Scaling Manager in the Data Enablement Office, guiding data domains teams and increasing data quality and business values through data governance and profiling. Before that, Jesper was a Senior Project Manager at Tarento Group, where they focused on data management and onboarding new data catalog and quality tools into Ericsson. Jesper also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Infor, managing the development and modification of ERP software. Earlier in their career, Jesper held project management positions at Uponor, where they oversaw technical design evaluations, solution concepts, and system designs for IoT platforms, as well as at Enea Software AB and Enea Services AB, where they managed teams and led projects related to IP products and software consulting. Jesper also gained experience as a software consultant at Tritech AB and as a Portfolio Marketing Manager at Ericsson Enterprise AB, marketing enterprise solutions globally. Overall, Jesper Österholm has demonstrated strong project management skills and expertise in various technical and data-related roles throughout their career.

Jesper Österholm completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Jesper attended the institute from 2003 to 2006. Prior to this, Jesper Österholm pursued a Masters of Science degree in Economics from Luleå University of Technology, from 1990 to 1994.

Aside from their formal education, Jesper Österholm has obtained several certifications. In January 2021, they became a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist through Scaled Agile, Inc. In December 2020, they earned the Data Steward 2020 certification from Ericsson. In March 2020, they completed the LinkedIn Learning Highlights: Data Science and Analytics course. Additionally, in February 2020, they gained proficiency in Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Neural Networks through LinkedIn.
