Naveen Pandey has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Naveen is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Unibic Foods India Pvt Ltd since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Marico Limited, where they held multiple roles including EVP & Business Head - New Foods BU from April 2020 to June 2021, EVP & Sales Head - India Business from August 2018 to March 2020, and Managing Director - Bangladesh from July 2016 to July 2018. Before joining Marico Limited, they worked at PepsiCo in different positions such as Sales Director - North from August 2014 to July 2016, VP Sales - East from October 2011 to July 2014, General Manager - Sales IT from February 2010 to September 2011, and General Manager - Channel Development from June 2008 to February 2010. Naveen'searlier work experience includes roles at Asian Paints, where they served as Regional Manager from January 2007 to June 2008, Area Manager from April 2002 to December 2006, and Management Trainee from June 2001 to March 2002.

Naveen Pandey completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management from the University of Lucknow from 1996 to 1999. Afterward, they pursued further education and obtained a Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, from 1999 to 2001.
