Chris Stevens has over 20 years of experience in executive and leadership roles. Chris began their career in 1997 as a Senior Associate at CSC Index. In 1999, they joined McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager. In 2002, they moved to Fisher Scientific as Vice President of Worldwide Strategic Sourcing. In 2005, they joined Tyco as the General Manager of Flow Control Global Mining, and then moved to the role of Vice President of Flow Control Strategy & Global Marketing. In 2013, Stevens was appointed President of Valves & Controls at Pentair, where they increased operating margin by 250 basis points and improved customer Net Promotor Score by 63%. In 2016, they became an Independent Consultant, providing Private Equity Consulting services. In 2017, they took on the role of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Industrial Flow Solutions, and also became Chief Executive Officer of BJM Pumps, LLC. Most recently, in 2021, Stevens was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Unibloc Hygienic Technologies.

Chris Stevens received their B.S.M.E. in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University in 1989. Chris then went on to pursue a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University, which they completed in 1994. In 1995, they graduated from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth with an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management, General.
