Giselle Pereira

Giselle Pereira is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment across various sectors, including aerospace. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor in Talent Acquisition at Uniboard since July 2022, Giselle has also held positions at SNC-Lavalin, ITI, and Agence Francyne Wilson, where expertise was developed in recruiting IT professionals and collaborating with placement agencies to optimize recruitment processes. Previous positions include roles at CEDROM-SNi, Avianor Inc., and in Brazil with Autopista Fluminense and Ponte S/A, where a focus on human resources management and candidate selection was demonstrated. Giselle holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Personnel Development and Management from FGV and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Université FAMATh.
