Karoline Manougian

Karoline Manougian has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Karoline started their career in 1995 as an Account Administrator at HSBC Bank. Karoline then moved on to work at IBM Canada as a Senior Staff Analyst and later became a Team Leader and Coordinator in the Bankruptcy & Litigation department. In 2007, they joined Aveos Fleet Performance Inc., where they held various roles including Site Depl Lead, Project Lead, Supervisor of Central Planning, and Supervisor of Billing/Invoicing & Labor Audit in the Airframe Maintenance division. In 2012, Karoline transitioned to Sonaca Montreal, where they worked as a Manager of Operational Processes & Planning in the Aerospace Manufacturing sector. Most recently, Karoline has been working at Uniboard Canada as the Director of Credit & Claims since 2014.

Karoline Manougian has a Bachelor's degree in B Sc. from Université de Montréal. Karoline attended McGill University from 2007 to 2008, where they earned a Certificate in Project Management. In 2011, Karoline completed an Intensive Seminar in Project Management at the Project Management Institute.
