Courtney James

Courtney James has a diverse work experience spanning several years. In 2016, they began their career as a Service Manager at Olive Garden, where they demonstrated strong leadership and customer service skills. Courtney later transitioned to the role of Culinary Manager, ensuring compliance with health department standards and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant. In 2017, they took on the role of Service & Sales Manager before being promoted to the position of General Manager in August 2018. After their tenure at Olive Garden, they joined Micro Center in 2020 as a Senior Operations Manager. Currently, Courtney works as a University Partnership Executive at Unibuddy, utilizing their skills in partnership management.
