Lyle McFadyen serves as the Head of Organizational Resilience within the Cybersecurity Division at UNICC since November 2017, overseeing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery efforts. Lyle has extensive experience in IT, holding positions such as Senior Solutions Architect, providing solutions in infrastructure and project management, and has been a board director for CIPS BC since 2017. Past roles at UN Women include Head of Platform and Service Delivery (acting) and Senior Infrastructure Advisor, where Lyle managed ICT infrastructure and led various improvement projects. Lyle's career started at the British Columbia Office of the Ombudsperson as a Senior Technical Analyst after earlier roles, including Emergency Medical Assistant and District Office Systems Specialist. Lyle holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and History from the University of Victoria.
