Andy Tsang is an experienced professional in philanthropy and project management, currently serving as Senior Manager in Philanthropy at UNICEF Hong Kong since August 2021, and previously as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder at Well Family Charity Foundation Limited, where over HK$14 million was raised under Andy's leadership. With a strong background in finance and management, Andy has successfully overseen various large-scale projects, including a significant PRC toll road operation during tenure as Assistant Project Manager at Hopewell Highway Infrastructure Limited. Andy holds multiple executive certificates in ESG analysis and planning, alongside advanced degrees in Finance and Management, and a Bachelor's in Physiotherapy from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
