Richard Tsang currently serves as the Asia Regional Officer for the World Methodist Council and Vice President of The Methodist Church Hong Kong. With a notable role as a Board Member for both the Hong Kong Tourism Board and Nanjing Amity Printing Company Limited, Richard also holds the position of Chairman at Strategic Public Relations Group since July 1995. As an active member of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Richard contributes as a Board of Trustee member, co-opt member of the Theology School Council, part-time lecturer, and member of the Global Alumni Advisory Board. Additionally, Richard has been President of Enterprise Asia since June 2020, a council member and deputy chairman at The Hong Kong Institute of Directors, School Supervisor and Manager at North Point Methodist Primary School, and a council member for UNICEF Hong Kong since July 2021. Richard earned a BSocSc in Journalism and Communication from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1988 and attended prestigious Hong Kong educational institutions for foundational studies.
