Charlotte Newell

Charlotte Newell has a diverse work experience in various HR and people-related roles. Charlotte currently serves as the Head of People Experience at UNICEF UK, where they have held multiple positions since March 2021. Charlotte previously worked as the Head of People & OD at Asthma UK and the British Lung Foundation from January 2020 to December 2020. Before that, Charlotte was the Head of People & OD at Asthma UK and also served as the HR & OD Manager from May 2018 to January 2020. Prior to these roles, they worked at St Joseph's Hospice as an Interim HR Director and HR Manager, and at Outward Housing as the Head of HR, Senior HR Project Advisor, and HR Advisor. In their roles, Charlotte demonstrated their expertise in leading and managing HR teams, overseeing various HR functions, providing strategic advice, and managing employee relations.

Charlotte Newell attended Goldsmiths, University of London from 2000 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Music degree with a focus on Music.
