Maria Skowronek

Maria Skowronek is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager for the CEE Region at zooplus since January 2021, where responsibilities include developing and enhancing HR processes and strategies while partnering with unit managers. Prior to this, Maria held HR Manager and HR Advisor roles at Shell from September 2019 to January 2021, providing coaching and guidance on complex HR matters. Earlier experience includes a tenure at IKEA Group from September 2004 to June 2019, where Maria progressed through various HR roles, including Co-workers Relations Manager, overseeing HR processes for a large workforce and supporting recruitment, performance management, and compliance with HR policies. Maria holds a Master’s Degree in History from Jagiellonian University, along with postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management and a coaching degree.
