Kyla Higgs has extensive work experience in various roles within the marketing field. Kyla started their career as a Quantitative Research Consultant at Decipher Media Consultancy in October 2012 and worked until September 2013. Kyla then joined DigitasLBi as a Display Account Manager from September 2013 to July 2015. Kyla then worked at HomeAway as a Display Campaign Manager from August 2015 to March 2016. Following this, they joined UNICEF UK and held multiple positions, including Digital Marketing Strategist from April 2016 to June 2018, Digital Marketing Manager - Team Lead from July 2018 to September 2021, and Senior Marketing Manager - Digital Workstream Lead from September 2021 to February 2022. Kyla then became the Head of Strategic Knowledge & Insight from January 2022 to June 2022, and later served as the Head of Growth from July 2022 to May 2023. Currently, Kyla Higgs holds the position of Head of Brand Marketing at UNICEF UK.

Kyla Higgs has a strong educational background in the field of Social Sciences. Kyla obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Maastricht University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Following their bachelor's degree, they pursued further education in Psychology and earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree from the University of Reading, attending in 2011-2012.

In addition to their academic degrees, Kyla Higgs also participated in a short course on IT Project Management at Henley Business School in 2012. Prior to their university education, they completed their International Baccalaureate degree at UWC Maastricht from 2005 to 2007.

Furthermore, Kyla Higgs obtained a certification in Google Squared from Google in July 2014, demonstrating their commitment to expanding their knowledge and skills beyond their formal education.
