Martyn Dicker

Martyn Dicker has a broad range of experience in various HR and leadership roles. Martyn is currently working as the Director of People at UNICEF UK since April 2019. Prior to that, they founded The POD Consultancy in September 2018, where they worked as a People & OD consultant. Martyn'sexpertise includes people strategy, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, change management, recruitment & selection, learning & development, and leadership development.

Before starting their consultancy, Martyn served as the Director of People & Learning at The Prince's Trust from April 2016 to August 2018. Martyn was also the HR Director at the Children's Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF) from October 2014 to April 2016.

Furthermore, Martyn has held the position of Director of HR & Organizational Development at The Fairtrade Foundation from June 2011 to October 2014. Martyn started their career at the British Red Cross in June 2003, where they worked in various senior HR roles until June 2011.

Martyn Dicker completed their education with a Chartered FCIPD degree from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, which they obtained by 2015. Prior to that, they attended Middlesex University Business School from 1995 to 1999, where they pursued a degree in Business Studies.
