Penny Bernstock has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Penny'smost recent position is as a Member of the Board of Trustees at London CLT since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Research Evaluation and Participation Manager at UNICEF UK starting in February 2022.

Penny also held the position of Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Global Prosperity UCL since December 2021.
