Rebecca Dallison has had a diverse range of work experience. Rebecca started their career as an Intern at Students Partnership Worldwide in 2006. From there, they worked as a Temporary Administrative Assistant at VSO from November 2007 to March 2008. In 2008, they joined Lee Valley Regional Park Authority as a Volunteers Officer, a position they held until November 2009.

Following that, Rebecca worked at WaterAid as a Senior Engagement Officer from July 2010 to November 2014. Rebecca then joined the World Cancer Research Fund UK as Deputy Head of Fundraising from November 2014 to March 2016. During the same time period, from March to May 2016, they were a Consultant at upReach.

Rebecca then moved on to Amnesty International UK, where they served as a Campaigner for Individuals at Risk from May 2016 to July 2018.
