Zara Grant

Zara Grant is a Children's Rights and Sports Specialist at UNICEF UK since May 2021, with extensive experience in human rights and communications. Previously, Zara served as a Senior Communications and Public Affairs Officer at the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission, where significant contributions included developing partnerships in sport and human rights, drafting the Declaration on Sport & Human Rights, and coordinating relevant forums. Zara has held various roles in journalism and digital communications, including positions at Freckle Magazine and Johnston Press. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts from the University of Glasgow and a Master of Laws from Queen's University Belfast, focusing on human rights and criminal justice.
