Kenzie Baldwin

Kenzie Baldwin is a seasoned professional in event management and youth education, currently serving as the Manager of Special Events & Experiences at UNICEF USA since March 2024. Previously, Kenzie held the position of Manager of Development Events at Thompson Island Outward Bound from March 2023 to February 2024. Kenzie also contributed to the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee over a four-year span, starting as an Assistant in Coaching Education, then progressing to Coordinator, and ultimately serving as Manager of Youth & Community Sports Education. Kenzie began career experience with an internship focused on education at the Children's Defense Fund in early 2017. Kenzie holds a Master of Education in Positive Psychology & Athletic Leadership from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Law and Public Policy from Indiana University Bloomington.
