Mary-Elizabeth Piaia

Mary-Elizabeth Piaia currently serves as the Assistant Director of Employee Engagement and Culture at UNICEF USA, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Mary-Elizabeth was the Employee Experience Manager at BARK from September 2019 to February 2023, where initiatives focused on cultivating an inclusive employee experience and aligning strategic plans with recruitment and engagement. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Community Engagement Coordinator at BARK, Event Ambassador for Sesame Workshop, Operations Coordinator at the Michael Alan Group, and Teaching Artist for Rosie's Theater Kids. Mary-Elizabeth holds an Associate of Arts in Musical Theater from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York.
