Winnie Tsang

Winnie Tsang is a dedicated philanthropy professional with extensive experience in non-profit fundraising and community engagement. Currently serving as the Manager of Principal Giving at UNICEF USA since September 2019, Winnie has held various roles including Senior Philanthropy Associate and Associate within the organization. Prior to UNICEF, Winnie worked as a Development Coordinator at EARN.org, where significant achievements included managing funding streams and executing a successful holiday giving campaign that raised over $190,000. Additionally, Winnie served as a Community Engagement Associate at the SF-Marin Food Bank, leading fundraising efforts that generated over $700,000 for food-insecure families. Winnie holds a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology with a minor in Applied Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
