Deborah Herbert

Deborah Herbert is a dedicated and dynamic Social & Behavior Change Officer at UNICEF, where they focus on crafting and implementing transformative strategies for community engagement and empowerment. Deborah previously served as Administrative and HR Assistant at UNICEF and held the role of Programme Assistant for Communication for Development, Social Policies, and M&E. Prior to their tenure at UNICEF, Deborah worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Embassy of Rwanda in Russia and ACE School of Tomorrow, as well as a Front Office Agent at BAO - Banco da África Ocidental, S.A. They earned a Master's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, where they developed a strong foundation in behavioral insights.
