Francesca Viola

Francesca Viola is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in child rights, research, and project management. As Co-founder and Vice President of Articolo12 since 2019, Francesca contributed to the organization's vision and strategy while managing multi-stakeholder projects across various countries and languages. A Child Focused Research Consultant at UNICEF since 2018, Francesca streamlined child participatory processes and led the research project "Children’s Wellbeing and Futures" in multiple countries. Francesca has also served as a guest lecturer at Fachhochschule Potsdam, teaching sociology and child rights, and has held various research and advocacy roles in organizations like REACH Initiative and terre des hommes Deutschland e.V. Francesca holds multiple degrees including a Master of Arts in Childhood Studies and Children's Rights and a Master's in Development Economics.
