Luigi Peter Ragno

Luigi Peter Ragno, PhD, serves as the Chief of Social Policy at UNICEF, where leadership is provided for the Social Protection Technical Assistance Unit in Ghana, advising the government on social protection frameworks and poverty reduction programs.
