Margaret Zvobgo Chitondo

Margaret Zvobgo Chitondo, PhD, serves as the Deputy Director of Human Resources at UNICEF, bringing extensive experience in talent management and human resources leadership from previous roles at UNHCR as Chief of Talent & Performance and World Vision as Global Human Resources Director: Talent Management and Regional Director: People & Culture. Additional experience includes positions as Executive Director of Corporate & Shared Services and Human Resources at Wyndham Worldwide, and Executive Director of Support Services & HR at Brightwater International. Margaret holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Management and Administration from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Master of Business Leadership from the University of South Africa.
