Trang Nguyen

Trang Nguyen is the Founder and Principal of Ethos Advisors LLC, a consultancy specializing in strategic advice and coaching to enhance leadership, culture, values, and ethics. Trang serves as a Senior Advisor and Head of Outreach, Training & Communications for UNICEF's Ethics Office, and as an Executive/Leadership Coach for USAID. Previous roles include a Subject Matter Expert for the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and Manager for Outreach, Training, and Values at The World Bank, where significant initiatives related to core values and ethical leadership were led. Additionally, Trang managed sustainable business advisory services at the International Finance Corporation, overseeing projects that promote environmental, social, and governance standards in emerging markets. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Education from Stanford University and Executive & Leadership Coaching training from Georgetown University.
