Sebastien Garcia

Sebastien Garcia currently serves as the Responsable du pôle sécurité et tranquillité résidentielle at Unicil - Groupe Action Logement since June 2020. Previously, Sebastien held the position of HSE Manager at Arkema from January 2016 to May 2020, overseeing safety management services, conducting risk analyses, and managing emergency response teams. At Total, from April 2012 to January 2016, Sebastien coordinated emergency response plans and implemented safety training and inspections. Experience also includes a long tenure at BMPM as a chief of the survival training department, focusing on maritime safety training and QHSE procedures. Sebastien's educational background includes degrees in QHSE engineering and specialized management of security and industrial risks from CESI Ecole d'Ingénieurs, alongside various certifications in radioprotection and firefighting.
