Grace Mwanthi holds an MBA and a BCOM degree, as well as being a CPA-K. Grace is currently the Finance and Operations Manager at Unicity International, where they lead a team of financial executives to ensure smooth financial operations. Grace'sresponsibilities include preparing financial budgets, analyzing financial ratios, and monitoring investment performance.

Prior to their current role, Grace worked as a Credit Controller at M.P. Shah Hospital. During this time, they developed budgets and strategic plans for day-to-day operations, as well as forecasting tools to analyze revenue variance and industry trends.

Grace's earlier experience includes working as a Finance Officer at Homebay Property Ltd, where they analyzed budgetary and financial strategies, policies, and plans. Grace also reduced spending variances and implemented a month-end close calendar that reduced the closing time from 15 days to 5 days. Additionally, Grace served as an Accountant and Assistant Administrator at Homebay Property Ltd, where they collaborated with top leadership in preparing operating budgets for long-term financial planning.

Grace Mwanthi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Nairobi, where they studied from 2020 to 2022. Prior to obtaining their MBA, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounts at KIBABII UNIVERSITY between 2012 and 2016. Additionally, Grace has also achieved the status of Certified Public Accountant (CPA), having completed the required certifications (I-III) from kasneb in 2014.
