Cody McNeal

Cody McNeal is an experienced Development Manager at Unico Properties LLC, overseeing master planning and redevelopment entitlements for the Montgomery Park property in Portland since June 2019. Prior to this role, Cody served as Planning & Development Manager at EDENS : Connective Retail, managing design and construction teams and ensuring successful project delivery. With a background as an Architect at Davis Brody Bond, notable contributions include involvement in the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History & Culture project. Cody holds a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
