Ananda Fugi

Ananda Fugi is a skilled professional with extensive experience in human resources and data analytics. Currently serving as a People Analytics Analyst II at unico IDtech since September 2023, Ananda specializes in developing dashboards for HR performance tracking and conducting data modeling to support strategic decision-making. Prior to this role, Ananda gained valuable experience at IBM, where work as a UX Design Intern included developing UX writing solutions and conducting research to improve user experiences.
