Maurice Montalbano

Maurice Montalbano has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as an Executive Assistant to the CEO/COO at Unicon GmbH. In this position, they handle tasks such as thin client OS and management software, CRM/PRM administration, business intelligence, and pricing strategy.

Prior to their current role, Maurice worked as a Business Development Analyst at Unicon GmbH, where they provided assistance to the CEO and CFO, managed CRM administration, conducted business intelligence, and implemented IT systems.

Before joining Unicon GmbH, Maurice gained experience in marketing at bloola GmbH & Co. KG, where they managed website and CRM administration, led data analysis, optimized conversions, developed marketing strategies, and performed usability and UX testing.

Maurice also worked at Testbirds GmbH as a Business Development Analyst and in sales and business development roles. Their responsibilities included assisting the CEO, implementing Salesforce Lightning, conducting business analytics, managing partners, and preparing commercial offers.

In addition, Maurice gained experience in sales and business development at Danfoss, where they conducted competitor and market analysis, managed database administration, and handled customer relationship management.

Maurice has also worked in sales and marketing at Itris Automation, where they organized and executed webinars, conducted database administration, and provided technical instructions for PLC/HTML programming.

Furthermore, Maurice has experience in sales and technical operations at YARA Environmental Technologies GmbH, where they prepared technical offers and created automated price comparisons.

Before their professional career, Maurice volunteered at the Centre For Sustainable Development (CFSD), where they participated in slum development projects, performed administrative tasks, conducted marketing and sales activities, and gave presentations at colleges.

Throughout their career, Maurice has also gained practical experience in various companies through practical activities.

Maurice Montalbano's education history includes a range of academic experiences. Maurice obtained their General qualification for university entrance from Gymnasium Achern in 2013. From 2014 to 2018, Maurice pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy & Economics at the University of Bayreuth. During this period, they also participated in an Erasmus program at the Burgundy School of Business - BSB, where they focused on Bachelor Marketing & Business for a brief period in 2016.

In 2019, Maurice attended FernUniversität in Hagen, specializing in Econometrics & Operation Research for the year. Later, in 2020, they earned their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management & Technology from the Technical University of Munich. Additionally, they completed a Master in Management program as an Erasmus student at KEDGE Business School in 2021.
