Reeshi Sen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They began their career as a Laboratory Technician at the University of North Carolina Gene Therapy Center in 2008, where they worked until 2011. In 2012, Reeshi joined Duke University as a Student Researcher and continued their academic pursuits until 2013.
After completing their education, Reeshi transitioned to the healthcare field, working as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Homewatch CareGivers from 2014 to 2017. Following this, they joined A SMALL MIRACLE, INC. as a Habilitation Technician from 2016 to 2019.
In 2019, Reeshi ventured into the pharmaceutical industry as a Physician Consultant at Weatherby Healthcare. They then moved on to TalentMine in 2020, assuming the role of Sourcer, Biometrics Consulting Division until early 2021.
At Orbis Clinical, Reeshi served as a Recruiter from 2021 to 2023, where they played a crucial role in talent acquisition for the life sciences industry. Finally, in 2023, they joined Unicon Pharma Inc as a Senior Clinical Recruiter, where they currently hold a position.
Reeshi Sen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from East Carolina University, which they attended from 2004 to 2008. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Global Health at Duke University. In addition to their academic degrees, Reeshi obtained additional certifications including Certified Nursing Assistant from the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry in March 2014 and BLS/CPR from the American Heart Association in December 2013.
