Arwin Yu

Arwin Yu is a co-founder of Evolve Group, with extensive experience in the aviation industry, focusing on business services and consulting. Recent projects include optimizing airline contracts and enhancing passenger flow at airports. Concurrently, Arwin serves as Chair of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee at Samenwerkingsverband PO Langstraat Heusden Altena, which ensures additional support for children in education, and at Unicoz Onderwijsgroep, managing oversight for 26 schools. Additional roles include membership in the Judicial Nominating Commission for the Netherlands and past vice-chairmanship at Vlietkinderen Kinderopvang. Previously, Arwin was Vice President for Northern Europe at Menzies Aviation, demonstrating exceptional leadership across various roles and significantly impacting operations and profitability. Arwin holds a Master of Laws from Tilburg University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Management & Consultancy from Breda University of Applied Sciences.
