Jelena Markovic has a diverse work experience in the banking sector. Jelena started their career at Raiffeisen Bank Serbia as a Retail Branch Officer in 2005. After five years, they moved to a role as a CRM Reporting & Monitoring Officer, where they were responsible for preparing data and creating various reports. Jelena also conducted data mining and built predictive models for business cases. In 2012, Jelena joined NIS a.d. as a Corporative Sales Senior Associate, specializing in customer monitoring and service. Since 2013, they have been working at UniCredit Bank Serbia, initially as a CRM Data Analyst and currently as the Head of the CRM Team.
Jelena Markovic obtained their Bachelor's degree from the University of Belgrade between 1996 and 2002. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Gimnazija in Kladovo, Srbija. In addition to their formal education, Jelena obtained a certification in Database Management Essentials from Coursera Course Certificates in October 2016.
