Delia Cismaru

Delia Cismaru has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Delia began their career in 2003 as the Training Department Manager at RAIFFEISEN BANK S.A. In 2005, they joined UniCredit as the Retail Support Area Coordinator. Delia continued to grow within the company, taking on roles such as Training Manager at UniCredit Tiriac Bank in 2007 and Human Resources Business Partner at UniCredit from 2008 to 2011. From 2012 to 2013, Delia served as the Commercial Group Director in the Retail Division at UniCredit. Delia then transitioned to UniCredit Bank Romania, where they held various positions including Human Resources Business Partner, Head of Structures, Sizing & Processes unit, and ultimately became the Head of Data Governance in 2016.

Delia Cismaru attended Academia de Studii Economice din București from 1982 to 1987, where they studied Agriculture Economy and Accounting.
