Gabriel Berghea

Gabriel Berghea has a strong background in IT security and system administration. Gabriel began their career in 2003 as an IT System Administrator at CG&GC before moving on to Vodafone in 2004, where they held the same role until 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as an IT System Administrator at UniCredit Bank Romania, after which they transitioned to the role of IT Security Management / IT Security and Risk Assessment Officer. In this position, they were responsible for performing IT risk assessments, implementing IT security standards and policies, reviewing and testing IT infrastructure for security and compliance, and implementing configuration management processes. In 2018, they were promoted to Head of ICT Security and Head of Digital Security at UniCredit Bank Romania.

Gabriel Berghea attended the Technical University of Cluj Napoca from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Computer Science.
